Stained Glass Windows
Facet glass windows, which contributed a final note of
beauty to the church, were installed in 1971 by the
O'Brien Glass Company. The facet glass, included in the
original church plans, originally had been replaced with
plain glass because of the cost.
The windows, which illustrate Biblical Teachings, were
designed by The Century Art Glass Company of St. Louis,
in collaboration with Father Gorman, who composed the
wording to conform with the events. The work was
completed October 21st, at a cost of approximately
$42,500.
