Catechetical Ministry Opportunities
Catholic Faith Formation Catechist
A CFF Catechist should:
- Understand the gift of their calling.
- Be a person of prayer who is fed by the
Eucharist.
- Be a practicing Catholic.
- Be able to relate to children.
- Be willing to share his/her personal faith as well
as the faith of the Church.
- Be able to use the catechetical materials
effectively.
- Be willing to spend adequate time in preparation
for each lesson.
- Be a life-long learner, able to grow in faith and
learn with the children.
- Have a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
- Be a team player
Volunteer Opportunities
- Parents are encouraged to volunteer for special
events such as Christmas and the end-of-the-year family
picnic.
- Young people are encouraged to act as mentors and
helpers with Confirmation preparation and service
projects.

Youth Ministry Opportunities
People willing to serve as youth leaders and mentors to
teens in grades 8-12 are encouraged to call Jerry and
Cathy Bauman at 528-9121. A schedule for Youth Ministry
is being prepared and will be ready shortly.
