WELCOME TO FIRST GRADE
Welcome. I am Mrs. Mickie LaFata, your child’s first grade teacher.
I am excited to be the one who, with your support, will be guiding your child through this interesting time of development. They will be gaining a sense of independence, yet may also be somewhat anxious, as they branch out to new horizons. I am looking forward to helping your child reach these new horizons.
