STUDENT OF THE WEEK
- Please help your child complete the attached sheets
with their special information.
- Your child may bring five to eight favorite photos
for the bulletin board.
- On Monday, your child may tell a joke or riddle. This
should be approved by the parent.
- On Wednesday, please fill the "Estimation Bag" with
items for us to estimate. The items maybe small toys(army
men or Barbie accessories), pennies, toothpicks, cereal,
crackers or legos. You may choose what you would like to
bring in the bag. Please be sure the item number is
between 10 and 100. We will count by 5's, 10's and 1's to
determine the correct number. Please keep it a secret
until we estimate. It is fun to see who is the closet to
the actual number.
- On Friday, the student may bring a "show and tell"
item to share. It is fine to bring a live item but it
must go home after "show and tell" . I will work with the
parents for a good time to bring the living item!

- The student may bring a book (five books for the
week) to read to the class. The book should not take more
than ten minutes to complete. If they are not comfortable
reading then they may bring a book and help me read it to
the class.
- Your child will be my special helper all week.
